5. (When you speak in an interview,) remember to relax and speak naturally. Don't overdo with your speed. ...Try to speak slowly and clearly.
6. What I think they are looking for is simply an honest reponse. ...I would resist that temptation to stutter and moan. ...I would just pause, think a bit, gather my thoughts and then speak out what I think is an appropriate answer.

7. I think perhaps the employer knows there's no good answer to this question, but he wants to see if you have poise. ...Try to appease them and to show poise. ...I don't challenge my interviewer.

8. (To keep on talking) might be a turn-off, might turn off the listener. ...Just keep in mind, to be succinct and brief. To keep it simple is a good rule. (KISS principle: Keep It Simple, Stupid!)

9. I have been asked about the salary. Usually my answers have been fairly conservative. That's part of my philosophy of life.

10. Keep in touch with English everyday if you can.

11. I think a more lively way, a more practical way and a more fun way to learn vocabulary would be through context.

12. (Speaking of spoken English,)we can take the courage and be encouraged, take hope and understand we don't have to be perfect.
